How to make a perfect Turmeric Chai Latte

Turmeric Chai or popularly known as 'Golden milk' is a delicious, warm and grounding drink healing to the body and calming to the mind. This miracle drink has been consumed for centuries to boost immunity, soothe cough and cold, provide restful sleep and as an anti-inflammatory.

Ingredients
1 cup milk (2%, whole milk, or an alternative of your choice)
1 teaspoon Heavenly Golden Elixir blend (use 1.5 - 2 tsp for a stronger chai latte)
Tip: Gently crush the cardamoms with a pestle for added flavour.
Sugar or Honey to taste (optional).
 
Method:
In a medium pan, boil milk with the chai blend for 5 minutes. This will enhance the flavour and the benefits of turmeric and the spices. 
Remove from the heat, strain the blend into a cup using a strainer and Enjoy!
For true indulgence, add sugar or honey to taste and frother milk on top.
 
Iced Turmeric Chai:
Follow the steps above and let the turmeric chai blend cool in the fridge for 10 -15 minutes. 
Pour the cooled turmeric chai in a blender, add ice and sweetness of your choice.
Blend until creamy and enjoy it as a cooling beverage on hot summer days!
